JUT Flex Card subscriptions are available with a minimum 3-month commitment. After this initial period, you may continue on a flexible monthly basis or choose a 12-month commitment period to receive a 10% discount.
All subscriptions remain active for the initial 3-month commitment period and cannot be cancelled during this time.
After the initial 3-month period:
• Flexible Monthly Subscription: You may cancel at any time by giving 1 full calendar month’s written notice. Your subscription will remain active during the notice period and will end thereafter.
• 12-Month Flex Card Subscription: You may cancel at any time by giving 1 full calendar month’s written notice after the initial 3-month commitment period. Your subscription will remain active during the notice period and will end thereafter. Any applicable discounts may be reviewed if the full 12-month term is not completed.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused hours or partial months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any unused hours must be used within the active subscription term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
JUT reserves the right to suspend or cancel a subscription in the event of non-payment or breach of these terms.
